Return Policy

At Credo Sports, we specialize in custom-made products crafted specifically to your order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

We are committed to quality and stand behind our products. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we ask that you notify us via email at info@credo-sports.com within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Should we confirm that an issue is a result of our error, we will remedy the situation at our expense. However, it is crucial that you do not return any products without our prior confirmation. Returns sent without authorization will not be eligible for refund.

We also reserve the right to charge customers for reshipment costs if an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, which may result in delivery complications.
